Regulations
The following is a list of the strength and conditioning department's regulations for student-athletes using the Walsh Athletic Training Center:
1. Be on time.
2. Follow weight card.
3. Return weight folder at the end of each workout.
4. Proper dress code at all times (only issued gear is acceptable).
5. No cell phones, IPods or electronic equipment of any kind.
6. Rack all weights and reset Rack Platforms after each workout.
7. Clean up after yourself.
8. Clip on the bars at all times.
9. Spotters are to be used during free weight lifts.
10. No horse-play.
11. Appropriate music is allowed.
12. Call office and reschedule if you have to miss lift.
13. All equipment should be returned to weight room after speed & agility work.
14. Focus on optimal performance.
Hours of Operation
Hours of operation will be posted weekly on the bulletin board. All workouts are conducted by assigned appointments.
