Indoor: Took fifth in the mile run at the Fordham Season Opener in 5:38.8 (12/2)... Took fifth in the mile run at the Christmas Classic in 5:31.7 (12/9). Outdoor: Was fifth in the 1,500 meter run (5:10.96) at the George Mason Opener (3/17)... Placed fifth in the 1,500 meter run (5:14.47) at the FDU Knight Classic, while helping the 4x400 relay team to an event win (3/31)... Posted a career-best time of 2:27.95 at the Metropolitan Championship, finishing 21st (4/14)... Named to the Atlantic 10 Commissioner's Honor Roll.

2010-11: Cross Country: Competed in seven events... Placed seventh at the C.W. Post Invitational in 19:51.05 (9/18).... Was ninth at the St. John's Fall Festival 4K run in 14:52.01 (10/17)... Finished 64th at the Metropolitan Championship in 20:57 (10/8)... Placed 105th at the Atlantic 10 Championship in 19:56 (10/30). Indoor: Was fifth in the mile run at the Christmas Classic in 5:33.2 (12/10)... Was a part of the 4x800 relay at the Metropolitan Coaches Invitational that took second in 9:53.56 (1/7). Outdoor: Placed 10th in the 1,500 meter run at the Battleground Relays in 5:17.40, while helping the 4x200 relay team take third (3/18)... Ran 5:19.50 at the Monmouth Season Opener in the 1,500 meter run (3/26)... Ran 2:28.08 in the 800 meters at the Rutgers Invitational (4/9)... Named to the Atlantic 10 Commissioner's Honor Roll.
