122 Fordham Student-Athletes Named to Atlantic 10 Commissioner's Honor Roll for the Fall 2011 semester

The Atlantic 10 Conference announced the Commissioner's Honor Roll for the Fall 2011 semester. A total of 1,359 student-athletes were recognized for their excellence in the classroom during the fall semester. Among those honored were 122 Fordham University student-athletes, including 21 members of the women's cross country/track and field program. [Full Story]

30 Women's Track & Field/Cross Country Student-Athletes Honored at Ninth Annual Breakfast for Champions

Five days after the New York Giants football fans feted their team with a victory parade in Manhattan, Fordham University recognized 307 student-athletes as champions at the Ninth Annual Breakfast for Champions in the McGinley Center, including 30 members of the women's track and field/cross country program. [Full Story]

  • Fordham Men's & Women's Cross Country Earn All-Academic Accolades from the USTFCCCA

  • The Fordham men's & women's cross country teams were both honored by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) today, as both squads were named to the Division I All-Academic Cross Country Teams for the 2011 season. A total of 352 teams, men and women combined, earned the distinction as a result of a cumulative team GPA of 3.0 or better.[Full Story]

  • Cross Country Hosts 2011 ECAC/IC4A Championship

  • The Fordham cross country season came to a conclusion on Saturday, as the Rams once again played host to the ECAC/IC4A Championship at Van Cortlandt Park. A total of six races were held with the Binghamton men and Albany women winning the University Division races, while the Princeton men and Iona women captured the Championship Division titles.[Full Story]

  • While the northeast dealt with an early winter storm, the Fordham cross country teams traveled to the pleasant weather of Charlotte, N.C., for the 2011 Atlantic 10 Championship on Saturday.
