2009-10: Cross Country: Competed in six of the eight meets of the year... Recorded fastest 5K cross country time of 22:02 at the Metropolitan Championship... Finished 27th at the St. John's Fall Festival (18:03.30) and 37th in the Coaches race at the ECAC Championship (22:42.5).

2008-09: Cross Country - Recorded a time of 23:08.81 at the Fordham Fiasco... Clocked in fasted time at the Fairfield Invitational with a time of 21:59.94... Recorded a time of 22:52.48 at the Leeber Invitational... Crossed the finish line in 23:10 at the Metropolitan Championships. Outdoor - Ran a leg in the third-place finishing 4x100 relay (56.70) at the Monmouth Season Opener, as well as clocking in at 5:57.16 in the 1500m.

Before Fordham: Member of the varsity cross country and track teams at Albany High School... Served as team captain of both teams... Named First Team All-Star for cross country in 2006... Two-time sportsmanship award winner for cross country (2004 & 2007)... New York State Scholar-Athlete from 2004-08 and a Times-Union Scholar-Athlete for 2007-08... Member of the National Honor Society... Four-year member of the Principal's list.
