Fordham University sophomore Nicole Marshall was named the 2007-08 women's swimming and diving Most Valuable Player it was announced at the 74th annual Block F Awards Dinner at the Villa Barone Manor on April 30th. [Full Story]

Fordham University men's swimming and diving student-athletes Donato Callara, Ryan Coombs and Caitlin Napoli were named Academic All-Atlantic 10 for swimming and diving, in voting among the Conference's Sports Information Directors it was announced today. This is the second straight year in which Callara has earned academic honors from the conference and the first for Coombs. [Full Story]

The 2008 Atlantic 10 Swimming & Diving Championship opened competition tonight in Buffalo, New York, with Fordham currently third in the men's competition and fourth in the women's. Leading the way for Fordham was senior Donato Callara, who earned Second Team All-Atlantic 10 honors in the one-meter dive.[Full Story]

Fordham University sophomore swimmers Ryan Coombs (Newburgh, N.Y./Newburgh Free Academy) and Caitlin Napoli (Hauppauge, N.Y./St. Anthony's) were named Atlantic 10 Men's and Women's Swimming Performer of the Week it was announced today. It is the third A-10 Performer of the Week award for Coombs, who was named 2007 Atlantic 10 Most Outstanding Rookie last winter, this year and the fourth for Napoli.[Full Story]

It was Senior Night for eight Fordham swimming & diving seniors, and they got sent off in fine fashion as Fordham swept their meet from St. Francis (NY) College. The Fordham men won 175-77 to improve to 5-4 overall, while the Fordham women won 152-85, improving to 9-1 on the season.[Full Story]
