The Fordham University women's crew competed at the 2009 Head of the Charles on the Charles River on October 18th. In wintery conditions, with snow falling throughout the day, the lone Fordham entry, the championships 4, placed 15th.[Full Story]

The Fordham women's rowing team opened up their 2009-10 fall season on Saturday at the Head of the Housatonic Regatta in Shelton, Connecticut. In all, Fordham had four boats compete three races with the Novice 8 winning their race.[Full Story]

- Fordham University's Ted Bonanno to Coach at the 2009 World Rowing Championships

Fordham University head rowing coach Ted Bonanno will lead the U.S. women's double scull in action at the 2009 FISA World Rowing Under 23 Championships scheduled for July 23-26 in Racice, Czech Republic. This is the fourth time that Bonanno has coached a crew at the World Championships, the first time for the United States.[Full Story]

- 99 Fordham Student-Athletes Named to 2009 Atlantic 10 Commissioner's Honor Roll

Atlantic 10 Commissioner Bernadette V. McGlade today announced the Commissioner's Honor Roll for the Spring 2009 semester, honoring each student-athlete in the Atlantic 10 with a 3.5 grade point average or better. Included on the list were 99 Fordham student-athletes, including nine from the rowing program.[Full Story]
