Fordham Advances Three Crews to Dad Vail Grand Finals

The Fordham University Women competed in the Dad Vail Championship this past weekend with one hundred and thirty-two colleges entered from across North America. Fordham Rowing finished the weekend with a record breaking performance of seven crews advancing to the Saturday semi-final racing. The previous record was five which was set in 2006. Amongst the advancing crews, the Women's Varsity 4, Varsity Lightweight 4, and Freshmen 4 all advanced to the Grand Final. [Full Story]

Rowing's Celine Egraz Named First Team All-Atlantic

Fordham University graduate student Celine Egraz (Mâcon, France/Lycee Lamartine) was named First Team All-Atlantic 10 in women's rowing, in voting among the Conference's head coaches following the 2012 Atlantic 10 Women's Rowing Championship. She becomes the fifth Fordham rower to garner All-Conference accolades. [Full Story]

Fordham Lightweight Eight Ranked 13th in the Nation

The Fordham University women's lightweight 8 moved up a spot from the national previous poll, moving into a 13th place tie with Stetson University in the most recent USRowing Collegiate Poll. [Full Story]

Rowing Places Seventh at Atlantic 10 Championship
The Fordham University rowing team participated in the 2012 Atlantic 10 Championships today on the Cooper River where the Rams placed seventh of nine teams. The top two Fordham finishers in the scoring races were the varsity 8 and the second varsity 8, who each placed second in the petite final.[Full Story]

Rowing Competes in Two Regattas over the Weekend
The Fordham University crew was split this past weekend, with the varsity 8 traveling cross country to compete at the prestigious San Diego Crew Classic and three other boats rowing at the Sacred Heart Invitational.[Full Story]

   2/28 - Men's Track Finishes Third at the Atlantic 10 Championship
   3/6 - Women's Swimming Finishes Second at A-10 Championship, setting 7 school records, 5 NCAA "B" cut times, and broke 1 A-10 record.
   3/19 - Men's Track has best-ever finish at the IC4A Championship behind three second place finishes
   3/25 - Softball's Jen Mineau reopens Bahoshy with with no-hitter against St. John's on March 20th
   4/2 - Track & Field's David Fajoyomi and Anisa Arsenault both qualified for the ECAC/IC4A Championship, where their performances in the high jump and 10,000 meter run, respectively, ranked in the top 15 in the NCAA this season.
