Another of the versatile athletic players who are new to the Mustangs this year, Kyra is good on both sides of the court. She'll fit into the Monroe defensive scheme and will also be able to fill up the basket on the offensive end. Testimony to her athleticism and versatility, she was a four-year basketball player in high school and also played volleyball and softball. In basketball she was a three-time All-Confrence player and a top-100 Adidas phenom nominee as a junior. Entering her senior season she had 846 career points. But, she broke her ankle in the preseason and missed most of the year, falling just shy of 1,000 points. She played the 2010-2011 season at Central Michigan University where she was a Dean's list student. . |
