Cosgrove joined the Fordham women's basketball staff as an Administrative Assistant in 2010, and was promoted to Director of Women's Basketball Operations in April of 2011, where she is responsible for coordinating travel, scheduling practice, coordinating camps and clinics, team marketing and overseeing the team's budget. Prior to Fordham, Cosgrove coached the AAU Mass Premier 15-under Gold Team out of Foxboro, Mass. Her team attended the AAU Nationals in Orlando, Fla. She also served as an assistant coach for the Sharon High School girls varsity team. A native of Sharon, Massachusetts, Cosgrove was a four-year student-athlete and captain of the Endicott women's basketball team. She received her bachelor's degree and coaching certification in Sport Management in 2009, graduating Summa Cum Laude. Cosgrove received her master's degree in Educational Leadership from Fordham in February of 2013. |
