The Fordham women's basketball team donated its time to Kids Enjoy Exercise Now (KEEN) organization, on Saturday, May 5. KEEN is a non-profit organization that provides one-on-one recreational activities for children and young adults with mental and physical disabilities. [Full Story]

Sign Up Here for Summer Basketball Camps at Fordham

Fordham women's basketball Head Coach Stephanie Gaitley, who just completed her first season with Fordham in 2011-12, announced the dates of her 2012 basketball camp, which will be held at Fordham's picturesque Rose Hill campus in the Bronx. The camp will run in two sessions, a skills clinic and a team clinic, with the team camp going from June 22-24 and the skills camp taking place on Sunday, June 24. [Full Story]

Fordham's Marah Strickland Granted a Sixth Year of Eligibility by the NCAA
The Fordham women's basketball team received some good news this week when the NCAA granted Marah Strickland a hardship waiver which gives her a sixth year of eligibility. She will be able to participate immediately in Fordham's offseason program and will suit up for the 2012-13 season, her final year of NCAA eligibility.[Full Story]

122 Fordham Student-Athletes Named to Atlantic 10 Commissioner's Honor Roll for the Fall 2011 semester
The Atlantic 10 Conference announced the Commissioner's Honor Roll for the Fall 2011 semester. A total of 1,359 student-athletes were recognized for their excellence in the classroom during the fall semester. Among those honored were 122 Fordham University student-athletes, including three members of the women's basketball program.[Full Story]

Five days after the New York Giants football fans feted their team with a victory parade in Manhattan, Fordham University recognized 307 student-athletes as champions at the Ninth Annual Breakfast for Champions in the McGinley Center, including seven members of the women's basketball program.[Full Story]

Rams Fall to Saint Joseph's in Opening Round of Atlantic 10 Championship, 63-52
The Fordham women's basketball team had already accomplished a lot in the 20011-12 season, a season they were trying to extend with a win over Saint Joseph's in the Atlantic 10 Championship. The Rams put up a fight before falling to the Hawks, 63-52, in the opening round of the tournament at Hagan Arena in Philadelphia.[Full Story]
