Jack Eisenmann, who spent the past nine years on the women's basketball staff at the University of Connecticut, was named assistant women's basketball coach at Fordham University it was announced today by head coach Cathy Andruzzi. [Full Story]

Fordham women's basketball head coach Cathy Andruzzi continues to expand her staff this off season as she appointed two additional members to the 2010-2011 Rams' staff. Mary McConnell, a former assistant at Fairleigh Dickinson University and a Bryant College standout player will assist Andruzzi on the sidelines; while Jenna Cosgrove, an Endicott College aluma, will join the staff as the Administrative Assistant and Director of the Druzz School. Women's Basketball sophomore forward Charlotte Stoddart is on the road, traveling around Europe this summer playing for the Standard Life Great Britain U20 national team. Stoddart took some time to fill in Rams fans about her travels so far. [Full Story]

Fordham women's basketball alumna, Mobolaji Akiode `03 will be featured on ESPN on Sunday, April 4. To commemorate Women's History Month, ESPN will present "Her Story: Ten Times Over" focusing on the courage of Akiode, and her path from being a young Nigerian-American woman who quit her U.S.-based job in the middle of a recession to return to Nigeria and help inspire and empower girls through sports.[Full Story]
