Women's Basketball Freshman Charlotte Stoddart to Play For Great Britain National Team

Fordham women's Basketball incoming freshman Charlotte Stoddart (Manchester, England/Loreto School) has not taken the final summer before her first year at Fordham University lightly, as she is one of 15 players selected to compete on the U20 Great Britain National Team and will compete in the 2009 European Championships in Ohrid, Macedonia. [Full Story]

Women's Basketball Pitches In At Union Community Health Center

The Fordham women's basketball team is continuing their long-standing relationship with Union Community Health Center (UCHC) as the team comes together for the "We Care" project, a program that will provide help and assistance to former patients of the center throughout the course of the summer. [Full Story]

  • Atlantic 10 Commissioner Bernadette V. McGlade today announced the Commissioner's Honor Roll for the Spring 2009 semester, honoring each student-athlete in the Atlantic 10 with a 3.5 grade point average or better.   • Annie Zopf Wins 2009 Terence O'Donnell Award
  • As the 2008-09 season begins to wind down, the Fordham University Athletic Department held its 75th annual Block F Awards Dinner to honor the student-athletes for their accomplishments during the academic year. Among those honored were Annie Zopf, was received the 2009 Terence O'Donnell Award and Randall Hurst, who was named the 2008-09 women's basketball team MVP.[Full Story]

  • Fordham women's basketball coach Cathy Andruzzi has announced that the Druzz School will be holding two schools this summer on the campus of Fordham University.   • Women's Basketball Closes Out Season With Loss At #13 Xavier
  • For the second straight year, the Fordham women's basketball team has closed out the season against a nationally ranked team. Though the Rams kept the score with the #13 Xavier Musketeers closer than Fordham did against #15 George Washington in the 2007-08 season closer, the ending result was much the same as Fordham fell to the Xavier, 75-47.[Full Story]
