2007-08: Outdoor: Placed second in the 1500m at the St/ John's Monday Night Meet #1 (4:19.24)... Took eighth in the 5000m at the Metropolitan Championships (17:08.50). Before Fordham: Four-year member of the varsity cross country and track teams at Arlington High School... Served as team captain of both teams as a senior... Garnered All-American honors as a junior on the school record setting indoor distance medley relay and as a senior on the outdoor 4x800 relay... Also set the school mark in the outdoor 4xmile relay as a senior... All-State selection for cross country as a senior and outdoor track as a junior... Earned All-Section honors in indoor and outdoor track twice and cross country once... All-County selection for cross country and track in his final two seasons...
