2011-12: Appeared in all 11 games for the Fordham football team as a freshman... Saw his primary work on special teams as the Rams' top returner... Returned 31 kickoffs for 565 yards for an 18.2 average... Longest kick return was 37 yards... Ranked third on the team in all-purposes yards... Also caught two passes for six yards on offense. Indoor Track: Placed 21st in the 60 meter dash at the NYU Gotham Cup in 7.05 seconds (1/13)... Finished 12th in the 60 meter dash in 7.12 seconds at the Metropolitan Championships (1/27)... Ended up third in the 60 meter dash in 7.05 seconds at the Charley Torpey Invitational (2/4)... Was a duel event winner at the Manhattan/Southern Connecticut Tri-Meet, winning the 60 meter dash (6.8) and the long jump (22' 5 ¾") (2/8)... Placed 11th in the 60 meter dash (7.10) and the long jump (21' 4 ¾") at the Atlantic 10 Championship (2/18). Outdoor: Was tenth in the 100 meter dash (10.90) at the Atlantic 10 Championship, while also being a part of the 4x100 relay that took eighth (5/6).

Before Fordham: A graduate of North Richland High School in Richland, Texas, where he lettered in football, basketball and track... a two-time All-District selection at wide receiver in football... named football team MVP in 2011... 2010 state record holder in the 100m dash... a three-time regional qualifier with the track team... a two-time All-District champion in the long jump and triple jump... school record holder in the long jump, triple jump and 100m... a two-time Texas Relays qualifier... served as a team captain.. named most athletic male at Richland.
