2007-08: Indoor: Earned First Team All-Atlantic 10 honors as a member of the wining 4x800 relay at the Atlantic 10 Championships (7:50.67)... Placed third in the 800m at the Fordham Season Opener (2:00.4)... Took tenth in the 800m at the Atlantic 10 Championships (1:58.26)... Member of the 4x800 relay that took second in its section at the Fordham Invitational (8:13.22)... Outdoor: Placed third in the 800m at the Towson Invitational (1:59.91)... Finished sixth in the 800m at the Metropolitan Championships (1:58.24)... Member of the winning 4x800m relay at the Metropolitan Championships (7:51.39)... Named to the Atlantic 10 Commissioners Honor Roll. 2006-07: Indoor: First Team All-Atlantic 10 as a member of the winning 4x800 relay team at the Atlantic 10 Championship (7:48.89)... Before Fordham: Ran on the varsity cross country and outdoor track teams for four years at Massapequa High School... Also ran two years of varsity indoor track... Was the Nassau County Champion in the 1000m... Selected as team MVP of the indoor and outdoor track teams in 2003-04... New York State Qualifier in the 600m, 800m, and 1000m races... Served as team captain of all three teams... Was an All-County selection in the 600m, 800m, 1000m, and 1600m races... Recipient of the Massapequa High School District Superintendents Athletic Award... Member of the National Honor Society... Member of the Principal's Honor Roll for four years...
