2011-12: Indoor: Took second in the long jump event with a mark of 20' 5", while placing third in the shot put (37' 11 ½") at the Christmas Classic (12/9)... Metropolitan Champion in the heptathlon with a score of 4,830 points (1/27)... Helped the 4x400 relay team to a third place finish in the Metropolitan division at the Millrose Games, posting a time of 3:18.08 (2/11)... Broke the school record in the heptathlon, scoring 5,018 points, at the Atlantic 10 Championship, which was good for third overall... Qualified for the IC4A Championship in the heptathlon, but had to withdraw during the competition with an injury (3/4). Outdoor: First Team All-Atlantic 10 performer after winning the decathlon at the Atlantic 10 Championship with a school record score of 6,467 points... Was fourth or better in nine of the ten events at the Atlantic 10 Championship... Was sixth in the 400 meter dash (52.79) and eighth in the javelin throw (138' 8") at the FDU Knight Classic (3/31)... Placed 11th in the 400 meter dash (50.17) at the Colonial Relays, while helping the 4x400 relay team finish fifth (4/7)... Finished second in the decathlon at the Metropolitan Championship, scoring 6,340 points (4/14).

2010-11: Indoor: Named Second Team All-Atlantic 10 after finishing second in the heptathlon at the Atlantic 10 Championship with a score of 4,549 points (2/19)... Had the Rams' top mark in the long jump, high jump, shot put, and heptathlon... Placed sixth in the high jump, clearing 5' 11 ½", at the Metropolitan Coaches Invitational, while grabbing ninth in the triple jump with a mark of 41' 3 ¾" (1/7)... Placed seventh in the heptathlon with a score of 4,380 points at the Metropolitan Championship (1/29)... Had three top six finishes at the Manhattan-SCSU Tri-Meet in the high jump (3rd - 6' 2 ¼"), long jump (6th - 21' 4 ¾"), and the 55 meter hurdles (5th - 8.7) (2/9). Outdoor: Set the school record in the decathlon, scoring 6,448 points at the Atlantic 10 Championship, good for third overall (5/8)... Qualified for the USA Junior Outdoor Track & Field Championship, placing tenth in the decathlon with 6,348 points (6/25)... Named Atlantic 10 Rookie of the Week once... Tied for second in the high jump (6' 0") and the long jump (21' 5 ¼") at the Battleground Relays, while helping the sprint medley relay team to a win (3/18)... Before Fordham: Split his high school career between Trinity Prep and Lake Highland High School, participating in track & field, football, and basketball... Holds the 400 meter record at both schools, while being a part of both schools 4x400 relay records... Two-time team MVP at Lake Highland, while he shares the high jump record at Trinity Prep.
