A three-year starter after transferring to Fordham in 2010... moved to wide receiver in 2011 to take advantage of his tremendous athleticism... tied for team lead in receptions in 2011... started at quarterback his first year at Fordham... led all rushers with 102 yards on 15 carries in the 2011 Spring Game... came in from Diablo Valley Community College and started the first six games at quarterback before suffering an injury at Yale... displayed both his passing and running prowess... led the Rams with 145 completions and 1,614 passing yards... became the first quarterback in school history to rush for more than 100 yards in a game... second leading rusher on the 2010 team.
2012: Appeared in all eleven games as a senior, starting eight... had eleven receptions for 113 yards an done touchdown on the year... caught three passes for 29 yards and a touchdown and completed a pass for 13 yards in the Georgetown game... two receptions for 38 yards at Holy Cross... caught two passes for 24 yards at Bucknell... hauled in two passes for 14 yards at Villanova.
2011: Appeared in all eleven games as a junior, starting seven at wide out... hauled in 38 passes for 349 yards (9.2 yards/reception) and one touchdown... also rushed twice for five net yards... caught eleven passes for 106 yards, both career highs, and one touchdown (six yards) at Lafayette... had four receptions for 70 yards at Georgetown... also made four catches for 31 yards at Penn... closed out season with four receptions for 25 yards against Holy Cross... grabbed three passes for 27 yards in the win over Columbia... gained 26 yards on three catches versus Colgate... also caught three passes for 17 yards at Army.
2010: Appeared in eight games in his first year at Fordham, starting six at quarterback... missed two games with an injury... completed 145 of 241 passes (60.2%) for 1,614 yards and six touchdowns... also rushed 109 times for 458 yards (4.2 yards/carry) with four scores... was second on the team in rushing yards... became the first quarterback in school history to rush for more than 100 yards in a game when he gained 108 yards on 20 carries with one touchdown (11 yards) at Holy Cross... also completed 19 of 30 passes for 242 yards and two touchdowns (six and seven yards) at Holy Cross... completed 24 of 41 passes for a career-high 343 yards and one score (39 yards) while also rushing 14 times for 21 yards at Lehigh... connected on a season-high 25 of 42 passes for 219 yards and gained 54 yards on 15 carries at Yale... opened his Fordham career by completing 20 of 34 passes for 223 yards and one touchdown (27 yards) while also rushing for 98 yards on 16 carries and one score (four yards) at Bryant... connected on 23 of 37 pass attempts for 222 yards and one touchdown (18 yards) while also rushing 17 times for 64 yards and two touchdowns (11 and eight yards) in the win over Rhode Island... completed 16 of 27 passes for 183 yards and gained 54 yards on eight carries against Assumption... threw a 52-yard touchdown pass in the win at Bucknell.
Before Fordham: A transfer from Diablo Valley Community College in Pleasant Hill, California, where he played football for head coach Mike Darr... completed 84 of 146 passes for 1,520 yards and 15 touchdowns in 2009... named team MVP in 2009... a graduate of De La Salle High School in Concord, California... a 2008 All-State and All-East Bay selection... completed 209 of 354 passes for 2,527 yards and 18 touchdowns at De La Salle in 2008... also rushed 127 times for 619 yards and 14 scores... a 2008 Team Captain and 2008 Team MVP... led team to a 2008 North Coast Section Division 1 Championship... also competed with the basketball and baseball teams at De La Salle.
