Looks to be a factor with the receiving rotation in 2009... saw extensive action in 2007, appearing in eleven games... fifth on the 2007 squad in receptions and receiving yards... stepped in and aided the Fordham receivers and special teams in 2006, appearing in nine games... First Team All-New England pick in 2005.
2008: Appeared in four games as a junior, starting two... had one reception for three yards... also made two tackles, one solo, on special teams... had a solo stop at Dayton and an assisted tackle in the season opening win over Rhode Island.
2007: Appeared in eleven games for the Rams as a sophomore, starting four... caught 20 passes for 193 yards (9.6 yards/catch) and one touchdown... also recorded six tackles on special teams... got the season off on the right foot, catching three passes for 61 yards and one touchdown (33 yards) in the win at Rhode Island... hauled in a career-high eight passes for 57 yards against Bucknell... grabbed four balls for 38 yards in the win at Lehigh... had three receptions for 25 yards in the victory over Lafayette.
2006: Appeared in nine games as a freshman, both at wide receiver and on special teams... caught three passes for 19 yards (6.3 yards/reception)... also made one tackle on special teams... made one catch for 15 yards in the Lafayette game.
Before Fordham: A graduate of Platt High School in Meriden, Connecticut, and attended Rosemary-Choate Academy in 2005-06... 2005 First Team All-New England Prep selection... named First Team All-State in 2003 and 2004 at Platt... a 2002, 2003 & 2004 First Team All-League pick... rushed for 1,800 yards as a senior.
Personal: Born January 16, 1987... son of Eva Shorter... has two older brothers (Andre Parker and Jason Shorter) and an older sister (Latasha Holey)... an Economics major with a minor in Business Administration.
