Picked up important experience in the offensive backfield last fall... enters camp as the back-up to Xavier Martin at running back... rushed ten times for 52 yards in the 2008 Spring Game... can also catch the ball out of the backfield. 2007: Appeared in nine games as freshman... rushed seven times for eight yards and caught five passes for 59 yards on the year... carried three times for ten yards in the Albany game... caught three passes for 21 yards in the win over Lehigh... gained five yards on three carries in the season-opening win at Rhode Island... had a 27-yard reception at Lafayette. Before Fordham: A graduate of Keller High School in Keller, Texas... lettered in football and track and field... named 2006 First Team All-District in 5A... team Offensive MVP... only running back to rush for over 1,000 yards in head coach Kevin Atkinson's career at Keller... rushed 158 times for 1,065 yards (6.7 yards/carry) and ten touchdowns as a senior... also caught 23 passes for 222 yards (9.7) and one score.
