Before Fordham: A graduate of Wethersfield High School in Wethersfield, Connecticut, where he played under head coach John Campanello... named First Team All-State by the New Haven Register and Honorable Mention 2009 All-State by the Hartford Courant as a punter... a 2008 and 2009 Central Connecticut All-Conference punter... also a Central Connecticut Conference All-Academic selection... averaged 41.8 yards/punts as a senior with eleven of his 23 punts landing inside the opponents 20... connected on four field goals and 39 PATs in 2009... named First Team All-State by the Hartford Courant in 2008... named 2008 and 2009 Wethersfield Outstanding Special Teams player... 2008-09 US Achievement Academy football national award winner... also competed with the swimming team at Weathersfield, qualifying for the state championship in the 50 and 100 free in 2008. |
