Fordham's Ben Dato Signs Free Agent Contract with Baltimore Ravens

It's been a long ride from high school soccer player to NFL free agent for Fordham University senior punter Ben Dato (Wyomissing, Pa./Wyomissing). Not having kicked a football before his sophomore year in high school, Dato made up for lost time, becoming an All-American punter at Fordham in 2007 and then signing a free agent contract with the Baltimore Ravens on Sunday. [Full Story]

Offense Edges Defense, 44-40, at 2008 Spring Football Game

In the annual Fordham University Spring football game, the offense dished it up so it was the defense who had to serve it out. Using an unconventional scoring system the Fordham offense defeated the defense, 44-40, on Murphy Field. The win was for more than bragging rights as the losing team had to serve the winning team at the post game lunch. [Full Story]
