Rams give pointers to young fans before they watch Fordham upend Rhode Island

Steven Raisfeld begins his third year on the Fordham men's basketball staff in 2013-2014 as the team's video coordinator, where he will be responsible for all facets of the Rams' video duties. He is also responsible for assisting in the Rams' travel and practice plans and oversees the Fordham student managers."
Raisfeld arrived at Fordham after serving as the men's basketball graduate assistant/video coordinator at Hofstra University in 2010-11. His duties included game and practice preparation, on-court instruction, player development, preparing scouting reports and video editing. Raisfeld also supervised all facets of the men's basketball academic program which included acting as the liaison between the student-athletes and faculty. He also spearheaded Hofstra men's basketball's community service programs and was involved in numerous outreach programs, including weekly school assemblies and clinics.
A 2010 graduate of Hofstra's Zarb School of Business with a degree in Marketing, Raisfeld is currently pursuing a master's degree in education at the school.
As an undergraduate at Hofstra, Raisfeld served as a student assistant coach to current Fordham head coach Tom Pecora. As a student assistant, his responsibilities included serving as the video coordinator, assisting in the preparation of scouting reports and arranging and organizing all recruiting correspondence.
Raisfeld has a plethora of camp experience, including the Mo Cassara Basketball Camp, the Hofstra Basketball Camp and the Tom Pecora Basketball Camp.
