As a Sophomore (2011-12): Started all 29 games at guard as a sophomore in 2011-12...Averaged 11.7 ppg, second best on the team, and 2.4 rpg... Led team with 118 assists and fourth with 31 steals... Before Fordham: A graduate of Bishop Loughlin High School where he played four years of basketball...A teammate of Villanova's Jayvaughn Pinkston, a McDonald's All-American, at Bishop Loughlin... Averaged 14.7 ppg, shooting 39% from behind the arc, 5.6 assists/game and 4.0 rpg for the Lions in 2009-10, earning Honorable Mention All-City and First Team All-Brooklyn honors by the NY Daily News...Was also named Sixth Team All-State Class AA by the New York State Sportswriters Association...Loughlin finished the season 23-6 and tied Christ the King for first place in the CHSAA Brooklyn-Queens AA division during the regular season with an 11-2 mark in the division...Selected to appear in the Jordan Brand Classic Regional Game in Madison Square Garden in April...Has Rose Hill Gym experience, leading Bishop Loughlin into the building in March of 2010 as the Lions squared off with Christ the King for the CHSAA Intersectional championship game, a game won by Christ the King in triple overtime...Also scored a game-high 19 points to lead Loughlin to a 58-43 win over Lincoln High School, the four-time defending PSAL champions, at the New Heights Holiday Hoops Festival in the Rose Hill Gym in December.
