2012: Started all 54 games he played in as a sophomore... Split his time between first base and the outfield, but also saw time at designated hitter and as a relief pitcher... Fit in as the leadoff hitter for the second half of the season, as he hit .281 overall with 37 runs scored, 13 doubles, three triples, four home runs, and 19 RBI... Also swiped 6-of-7 stolen base attempts, while having 15 multi-hit games... Hit. 327 in conference play (32-98) with nine doubles, three triples, and 18 runs scored... Opened the season without a hit in his first game against Western Carolina, but walked three times and scored a career-high four runs (2/18)... Collected four hits, including two home runs, and three RBI in the Rams' series at FIU (3/9-11)... Drew three walks in a game twice more against FAU (3/13) and LIU (3/28)... Totaled six hits and four runs scored in a doubleheader sweep of Temple (4/7)... Reached base safely in each of his last 15 games, which included a 12-game hit streak (4/21-5/13), which tied a career-long... Had three hits and two RBI in a doubleheader at Columbia (4/25)... Was 3-for-5 with two runs scored and an RBI, while being a home run short of the cycle against Rhode Island (5/4)... 2011: Named to the Louisville Slugger Freshmen All-American Team by Collegiate Baseball... Named to the Atlantic 10 All-Conference Second Team as a relief pitcher, as well as to the Atlantic 10 All-Rookie Team... Duel threat for the Rams, splitting time between the outfield and pitcher... Played in 43 games, starting 38, with all starts in the outfield... Hit .273 with 14 runs scored, seven doubles, 18 RBI, and seven stolen bases... Was better in Atlantic 10 play, batting .308 with eight RBI... One of five Rams to have a double-digit hitting streak in 2011, as he posted a 12-game streak (4/19-5/8)... Had six multi-hit games... Opened his career with two hits and an RBI at VCU (2/18)... Had a season-high three RBI versus Towson (3/5)... Was 3-for-4 with two RBI against St. Bonaventure (4/8)... Collected three hits and an RBI versus Xavier (5/20)... Pitched in 17 games, all in relief... Led the Rams with a 1.85 ERA and six saves... Was 2-1 with 28 strikeouts in 34.0 innings pitched... Held opponents to a .198 batting average... Struck out five in two innings in his first pitching appearance at VCU (2/19)... Matched that with five strikeouts against Iona in four innings of one-hit relief to earn a win (2/26)... Posted a three-inning save against Manhattan allowing one run on three hits with three strikeouts (3/2)... Posted one-inning saves against NJIT (3/20) and Fairfield (3/29)... Threw a season-long five innings against St. Bonaventure without allowing an earned run (4/9)... Struck out four and got the walk-off win against George Washington in extra innings (4/15)... Earned his fourth save of the year, getting the final two outs against #28 Charlotte (4/22)... Picked up back-to-back saves versus Saint Joseph's with a combined two hitless innings (5/7-8)... Threw 3.1 scoreless innings against Xavier in the season finale (5/21).

Before Fordham: Three-year varsity baseball player at Hackensack High School... Two-year captain... Earned First Team All-League honors as a pitcher in 2009 and was named team MVP.... Played summer ball for NJ Cardinals... Member of both the National Honor Society and the Spanish Honor Society... Recipient of the Rotary Youth Leadership Award.
