2013: Got off to a promising start before being sidelined with an injury... Started four of his six appearances, going 2-1 with a 2.60 ERA in 27.2 innings pitched... Recorded one complete game and struck out 19... Opened his career with two innings of relief against Michigan, allowing two unearned runs in two innings (2/23)... Allowed one run on four hits in four innings to earn a relief win against Lehigh (3/2)... Made his first start against Stony Brook a memorable one, as he threw a seven-inning, complete game shutout, scattering five hits and striking out a season-high six (3/10)... Threw five innings at La Salle, giving up two earned runs and striking out four (3/24)... Allowed one run on one hit at Saint Joseph's in five innings of work (3/30)... Named to the Atlantic 10 Commissioner's Honor Roll.

Before Fordham: Three-year varsity member of the baseball team at Manalapan High School... Team captain... Helped his team to the 2011 and 2012 NJSIAA Overall Group IV State Championship, the 2010 Monmouth County Championship, and three A-North Championships from 2009-11... Did damage as both a pitcher and a hitter, receiving All-Freehold Regional and All-Shore accolades ... Posted a 2.93 ERA as a junior in 19.1 innings pitched to go with 13 strikeouts, while at the plate, he hit .328 with 13 runs scored and 14 RBI... Played summer ball for Langan Baseball and the CK Bombers Prospect Team... Member of the National Honor Society.
