FOOTBALL INFORMATION
CREDENTIALS
Requests for credentials for any of the games at Jack Coffey Field should be directed to the Office of Sports Media Relations and should be made no later than 48 hours prior to the game. The request must be made either by mail or by phone at 718-817-4240. All credentials can be picked up 90 minutes before kickoff at the Gate C entrance of Jack Coffey Field. Members of the media can gain entrance to the press box with their credential by entering Gate C and taking the elevator to the press box. There is a photo deck located on top of the main press box for the taking of game films. It can be reached from the east end of the press box and is reserved for cameras only. All sideline photographers must display their credentials at all times and stay between the 25-yard lines in accordance with NCAA rules.
PARKING
Game-day parking is reserved for members of the media in the main campus parking lot. Please indicate your parking needs when making your credential request. There will be no parking available directly outside the stadium.
PRESS BOX SERVICES
Statistics, pregame media notes, flipcards, game programs, starting lineups and additional copies of this media guide will be made available to accredited members of the media in the press box 90 minutes before kickoff. Complete quarterly play-by-play and halftime statistics also will be available during the game. A complete final statistical package will be available following the game in the press room.
POST GAME PROCEDURES
All post-game activities will take place in the interview room located in the Lombardi Center. Following a 10-minute "cooling off" period, the visiting coach and requested visiting players will be available in the interview room followed by Coach Clawson and requested Fordham players. Phone lines for filing stories will be available in the press room.
RADIO & TRANSMITTING
All radio line requests should be made no later than two weeks prior to the game and should be arranged through the Assistant Athletic Director for Event Management and Facilities, at 718-817-4260. There is a $100 rental fee for the use of the phone line, payable to "Fordham University Athletics" on or before the day of the game. Press box space at Jack Coffey Field is limited and assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis.
BASKETBALL
CREDENTIALS
Requests for credentials for any of the games at the Rose Hill Gymnasium should be directed to the Office of Sports Media Relations and should be made no later than 48 hours prior to the game. The request must be made either by mail, phone (718-817-4240), fax (718-817-4244) or email (dibari@fordham.edu). Passes not picked up in advanced can be picked up 60 minutes before tip-off at the entrance to the Rose Hill Gym in the McGinley Center. Press row space at the Rose Hill Gym is limited and assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis.
PARKING
Game-day parking is reserved for members of the media in the main campus parking lot. Please indicate your parking needs when making your credential request. There will be no parking available directly outside the Rose Hill Gym.
PRESS SERVICES
A pre-game meal will be served one hour before tip-off in the press room, located in the Commuter Student Lounge in the basement of the McGinley Center. Statistics, pregame media notes, game programs, starting lineups and additional copies of this media guide will be made available to accredited members of the media in the press room 90 minutes before tip-off. Complete play-by-play and halftime statistics also will be available during the game. A complete final statistical package will be available following the game in the press room.

Four phone lines for filing stories will be available in the press room. Fax service is available after the game with advanced notice.
RADIO & TRANSMITTING
All radio line requests should be made no later than two weeks prior to the game and should be arranged through Joe DiBari, Sports Media Relations Director, at 718-817-4240. Three phone lines and an ISDN line are available to visiting league radio stations through the Atlantic 10 Conference's reciprocal agreement. Radio lines are available for visiting non-conference radio for a flat fee of $100 (the ISDN line is also available). These must be requested in advanced and payment (check payable to "Fordham University Athletics") must be made on or before the day of the game.
