JUCO Transfer from Casper College Joins Rams’ Roster

Bronx, N.Y. - Fordham women's basketball head coach Stephanie V. Gaitley announced today the addition of transfer Monika Radomska (Wolomin, Poland/John Paull II (Casper College)) to the Rams for the 2016-17 season.

"We are very excited to add Monika to our 2016 class. She is a big guard who can really shoot the ball. When she and Hannah (Missry) are on the floor this will allow us to spread the floor and make us more difficult to defend," said Gaitley.

Radomska, a 5-11 guard, just finished her freshman season at Casper College in Wyoming.  She started 27 of 29 games, averaging 14.1 points, 3.6 rebounds, and 2.7 assists per game, while shooting over 38% from three-point range.  She connected on 74 baskets from behind the arc and was an excellent free throw shooter at 78.8%.

Radomska was named to the All-Region IX Tournament team, along with fellow Fordham recruit Mary Goulding.

Radomska joins Anna Kelly (Lexington, Mass./Lexington) and Mary Goulding (Christchurch, New Zealand/Rangoria (Gillette College)) in this year's recruiting class.
