In her fourth year with the Fordham Sports Medicine is Ann Marie Porada, who is the primary athletic trainer for women's soccer, women's basketball, spring football, and cheerleading.

Porada arrived at Rose Hill after a one-year stint as an assistant athletic trainer at fellow Atlantic 10 and Jesuit institution, Saint Joseph's University in Philadelphia. She worked primarily with baseball and assisted with both men's and women's lacrosse.

Prior to her stint at Saint Joseph's, Porada served as an assistant athletic trainer at her alma mater, Longwood University in Farmville, Virginia in 2004-05. While at Longwood she was responsible for women's soccer, baseball as well as men's and women's cross country and track. Before Longwood, Porada interned at the Western Pennsylvania Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation Clinic and served as an intern athletic trainer for the Berlin Bothers Valley School from January through April of 2004.

A 2004 graduate of Longwood with a Bachelor's degree in Physical Education with a concentration in Athletic Training, Porada served as an athletic training student for the school from 2001-2004. In July of 2006, she also received a master's degree in Performance Enhancement and Injury Prevention at California University of Pennsylvania.

Porada is a certified NASM Performance Enhancement Specialist as well as being a certified member of the National Athletic Trainer's Association (NATA) and the Pennsylvania and Virginia Athletic Trainers Associations. She is also certified by the American Red Cross for CPR and AED for the professional rescuer.
