Charles was once Fordham's leading scorer of all-time (1,697 pts). He possessed enormous basketball talent and was drafted and played for the Buffalo Braves and the Atlanta Hawks of the NBA. Charles held three prestigious records set during his senior year: Most Points (679); Most Field Goals (275); Most Field Goals Attempted (607)- he averaged 24.3 points per game that year. Known as an outstanding leaper, "K.C." led all NBA guards in blocked shots in the 1975-76 season. |
