Fordham's Ian Williams Named to 2013 CFPA Defensive Back Watch List

College Football Performance Awards, the largest awards organization in D-I college football, recently announced its watch list for the 2013 CFPA FCS Defensive Back Award, and Fordham cornerback Ian Williams (West Palm Beach, Fla./The King's Academy) earned a spot on the list.   • One hundred years ago today, a boy was born in Brooklyn who would become one of Fordham's all-time football greats before leaving his lasting legacy on the National Football League. Numerous books and documentaries have been produced on his life, many awards are named for him - including the NFL's Super Bowl trophy, and he is probably one of the most quoted individuals of all time.
